For General Contractors
For General Contractors
Give us the plans, schedule and site requirements. We'll coordinate the table from design through installation, including dimensions, access, floor boxes, power and data locations and installation timing.
How We Work
What working with us looks like
Coordinated with the schedule
We work backward from your installation date and tell you what we need and when, in writing.
Site conditions handled
Access, elevator dimensions, door widths and floor box locations are confirmed before fabrication.
Power and data ready
Table cores are cut for the specified devices and coordinated with the electrical and low-voltage scopes.
One local point of contact
Design, fabrication and installation stay with us. No freight claim on a stone top shipped across the country.
The Table Is a Schedule Item, Not Just a Furniture Line
A custom stone conference table touches electrical, low voltage, flooring and final clean. If it shows up as an afterthought, it becomes the item holding up substantial completion in the one room the owner walks first.
We work backward from your install date and tell you what we need and when: approved dimensions, floor box locations, device schedule and site access. Then we hold that date.
Site Conditions Get Confirmed Before Fabrication
Freight elevator dimensions, door widths, corridor turns and stair access decide whether a top ships in one piece or in sections. We measure that path before cutting, not on delivery day.
Long tops are fabricated in sections, assembled on site and seamed in place, which is how a fourteen or twenty foot table gets into a finished floor without damaging it.
One Local Point of Contact Through Closeout
Design, fabrication, delivery and installation stay with us. There is no freight claim on a cracked stone top shipped across the country, and no third party to chase during punch.

Who else we work with
Designers & Architects
You already know what the room needs to feel like. Send the plans, dimensions and material direction, and we'll turn it into a table that fits the architecture instead of forcing the room around a catalog product.
Furniture Partners
When the furniture package calls for a custom statement table that is not in your catalog, bring us into the project. We build the custom boardroom table while you keep the rest of the furniture relationship.
FAQ
Questions We Get
- Can You Hit A Fixed Install Date?
- Yes, when we are brought in with enough lead time. We work backward from your date and confirm in writing what we need and when to hold it.
- How Do You Get A Long Stone Top Into A Finished Room?
- Long tops are fabricated in sections, carried in on a reviewed access path, then assembled and seamed on site.
- Do You Coordinate With The Electrician And Low Voltage Contractor?
- Yes. Floor box locations, device schedules and cable routing get resolved with those trades before the top is cut.
- Can You Provide Submittal Drawings?
- Yes. Dimensioned drawings and renderings are available for your submittal and owner approval process.
The Cashwood Companies
Where the Experience Comes From
Cashwood Innovations works on high-end homes and projects through technology, AV and automation. CashScapes extends that work into architectural and landscape lighting. AZ Boardrooms brings the same coordination into custom executive conference and boardroom tables.
Each company has its own specialty. What connects them is the type of project, the designers, architects and contractors they work alongside, and the ability to coordinate details that cross normal trade lines.
