Custom executive boardroom table with integrated power and data cut flush into the stone top

Integrated Technology

Technology Designed Into the Table, Not Added Onto It

Executive rooms fail on details: an outlet in the wrong place, a cable running down a leg, an HDMI dongle in the middle of the table. We design power, data and AV in from the first drawing.

Capabilities

What Gets Built In

Device selection and placement are decided with you. If the room's AV system is already specified, we build the table to match it.

Integrated Power

Flush-mount or pop-up outlets set at the seat positions that need them, cut into stone or wood and finished so the device sits level with the top.

USB-C & Charging

USB-C and USB-A charging built into the same device plates, so nobody brings an adapter into the room.

Data & Network

Hardwired data drops where the room's use requires them, terminated and tested rather than left as a loose tail.

AV Connectivity

HDMI, control and conferencing inputs designed into the table so the display, camera and codec have one clean point of connection.

Cable Management

Chases, trays and grommets inside the substructure and base. Cabling stays out of sight on its way to the floor box.

Floor Box Coordination

Base placement and internal routing are designed against the actual floor box locations on the plan, not assumed.

Why Us

An AV Background Behind the Furniture

AZ Boardrooms is one of the Cashwood companies, alongside Cashwood Innovations, which works in technology, AV and automation.

The people cutting the table know what the low-voltage contractor needs on the other end: device depths, cable bend radius, service access and where a technician will reach.

What we need from you

  • Floor box or power stub locations
  • Seat count and seating layout
  • Specified power / data devices, if any
  • Display, camera and codec locations
  • Who is providing and terminating the cabling

If some of that is not decided yet, we work with what you have and flag what still needs an answer.

FAQ

Technology Questions

Can you cut stone tops for power and data devices?
Yes. Device cores are cut and finished during fabrication so the plates sit flush in the stone.
Do you install the cabling too?
The table is built and delivered ready for the devices and cabling specified. Who terminates the low-voltage side is decided per project with your electrician or AV contractor.
Can you match the devices already specified for the project?
Yes. Send the device schedule or model numbers and we build the cores to them.

The Cashwood Companies

Where the Experience Comes From

Cashwood Innovations works on high-end homes and projects through technology, AV and automation. CashScapes extends that work into architectural and landscape lighting. AZ Boardrooms brings the same coordination into custom executive conference and boardroom tables.

Each company has its own specialty. What connects them is the type of project, the designers, architects and contractors they work alongside, and the ability to coordinate details that cross normal trade lines.
